9. זכות התביעה
תיקון: תשנ״ו־2
(א)תובענה לפי חוק זה יכול שתוגש בידי –
(1)העובד;
(2)ארגון העובדים היציג באותו מקום עבודה, ובאין ארגון עובדים כאמור ובהסכמת העובד, בידי ארגון העובדים שהעובד חבר בו;
(3)בהסכמת העובד – בידי ארגון העוסק בזכויות נשים; בסעיף זה, ”ארגון עובדים יציג“ – כמשמעותו בחוק הסכמים קיבוציים, התשי״ז–1957.
