55. המצאת צו הפסקה מינהלי
צו הפסקה מינהלי יומצא למי שהצו ניתן כלפיו בדרך שבה מומצא כתב בית דין בהליך אזרחי, ואם לא ניתן לאתר את אותו אדם בשקידה סבירה – בדרך של הדבקתו על קיר חיצון של הנכס, ובהיעדר קיר חיצון – על מקום אחר הנראה לעין במקרקעין; בגוף הצו המודבק יירשמו היום ושעת ההדבקה.
