56. ביצוע צו הפסקה מינהלי
(א)מפקח מוסמך לנקוט פעולות הדרושות באופן סביר לביצוע צו הפסקה מינהלי, והוא רשאי להשתמש בכוח סביר לשם כך; המשטרה תסייע למפקח, לפי בקשתו, בביצועו של הצו, והיא רשאית להשתמש בכוח סביר לשם כך.
(ב)צו הפסקה מינהלי יבוצע בסמוך לאחר המצאתו, ובלבד שניתנה לבעלי חפצים הנמצאים בנכס הזדמנות סבירה להוציאם מהנכס, ככל שאין בכך כדי לפגוע במטרות הצו.
