6א. דיון בממצאי דו״ח המבקר
תיקון: תשנ״ה
(א)הוגש דין וחשבון של המבקר הפנימי כאמור בסעיף 6, תקיים הנהלת הגוף הציבורי דיון בממצאיו תוך 45 יום מיום הגשתו; העתק מפרוטוקול הדיון יועבר לממונה כמשמעותו בסעיף 5.
(ב)לא פעלה הנהלת הגוף הציבורי כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), רשאי כל חבר מחבריה לפנות לממונה, בכתב, ולדרוש קיום הדיון; הייתה דרישה כאמור, יורה הממונה על קיום הדיון תוך 30 ימים מיום קבלת הדרישה.
