25. דין תעודות לפי סימן זה כדין עדות בשבועה
תיקון: [תשי״ד], [תשט״ז] [ע/26, ע/33]
(א)חוות דעת, תעודת רופא ותעודת עובד הציבור שהוגשו כראיה לבית המשפט – דינן כדין עדות בשבועה לענין סעיף 117 לפקודת החוק הפלילי, 1936.
(ב)לצורך סעיף זה, דין חוות דעת ותעודת רופא שנעשו מחוץ לישראל כדין חוות דעת ותעודת רופא שנעשו בישראל.
(ג)כל חוות דעת וכל תעודת רופא יכילו הצהרת המומחה או הרופא כי הוראות סעיף זה ידועות לו.
