45א. פגיעה הנגרמת מצירוף ראיות
תיקון: תשע״ו־2
מבלי לפגוע בכלליות האמור בסעיפים 44 ו־45, ראש הממשלה, או השר כאמור באותם סעיפים, רשאי להביע את דעתו כי מסירת הראיה עלולה לפגוע בביטחון המדינה, ביחסי החוץ שלה או בעניין ציבורי חשוב, לפי העניין, גם אם פגיעה כאמור עלולה להיגרם בשל צירוף הראיה וראיות אחרות, נוכח סוג המידע הנכלל בראיה, בתוכנו או היקפו וגם אם הראיות האחרות אינן קשורות לאותו הליך.
