7. שכרו של עובד שנפטר
תיקון: תשל״ז־2
נפטר עובד לפני ששולם שכר העבודה המגיע לו, ישולם שכר העבודה, על אף האמור בדיני הירושה, לידי מי שהעובד הורה לענין זה; לא הורה – ישולם לבן־זוגו, ובאין לו בן־זוג – ליורשו.
