30. תעודות לידה ופטירה
(א)מי שנולד בישראל והוא רשום במרשם, רשאי לקבל תעודת לידה.
(ב)מי שיש לו לכאורה עניין בדבר רשאי לקבל תעודת לידה או תעודת פטירה של זולתו הרשום במרשם, אם הלידה או הפטירה אירעה בישראל.
