30א. בחירת לוח השנה לרישום תאריך הלידה
תיקון: תשס״ח, תשע״ו
על אף האמור ביתר הוראות חוק זה, רשאי אדם לבקש כי תאריך לידתו יירשם בתעודת לידה, בתעודת זהות או בכל תעודה, ידיעה, וכן העתק או תמצית מהרישום, לפי הלוח הגריגוריאני בלבד; היה אדם קטין או אדם שמונה לו אפוטרופוס, רשאי לבקש כאמור נציגו של אותו אדם, כהגדרתו בסעיף 80 לחוק הכשרות המשפטית והאפוטרופסות, התשכ״ב–1962.
