31. עיון במרשם
תיקון: תש״ע־2
המרשם והמסמכים שבו לא יהיו פתוחים לעיון אלא למפורטים להלן ולצורך מילוי תפקידם:
(1)שר הפנים או מי שהשר הסמיכו לכך;
(2)שר הביטחון או מי שהשר הסמיכו לכך;
(3)היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או נציגו;
(4)המפקח הכללי של המשטרה או מי שהמפקח הסמיכו לכך;
(5)מי שבית משפט או בית דין דתי הסמיכו לכך לעניין פלוני העומד ותלוי לפניהם;
(6)רושם נישואין או מי שהרושם הסמיכו לכך;
(7)רשם הזוגיות כהגדרתו בחוק ברית הזוגיות לחסרי דת, התש״ע–2010.
