מעסיק יעמיד לרשות עובד במקום העבודה מושב לעבודה ולא ימנע מעובד ישיבה במהלך העבודה, אלא אם כן הוכיח המעסיק שביצועה הרגיל של העבודה אינו מאפשר ישיבה.
