3ב. התאמת בגד שהמאבטח מחויב בלבישתו
תיקון: תשע״ז
מעסיק שמחויב מכוח דין, הסכם קיבוצי, הסדר קיבוצי או חוזה עבודה, לספק למאבטח שהוא עובדו בגד מסוים שהוא מחייבו ללבוש במהלך העבודה, יספק למאבטח בגד שמותאם לו ותואם באופן סביר את תנאי מזג האוויר שבהם הוא מועסק.
