17. הוראות נוספות בדבר ההודעה
(א)קונה המודיע על אי־התאמה יפרט אותה פירוט סביר ויתן למוכר הזדמנות נאותה לבדוק את הממכר.
(ב)ניתנה הודעת אי־התאמה בדרך המקובלת בנסיבות הענין, זכאי הקונה להסתמך עליה אף אם אחרה להגיע לתעודתה או לא הגיעה אליה כלל.
