18. פגם בזכות
(א)המוכר חייב למסור את הממכר כשהוא נקי מכל שעבוד, עיקול וזכות אחרת של צד שלישי.
(ב)על המוכר להודיע לקונה מיד על כל תביעת זכות לגבי הממכר שידע או שהיה עליו לדעת עליה לפני מסירת הממכר.
