תיקון: תשס״ח־2
על אף האמור בחוזה המכר, לא יקבל מוכר מקונה תשלומי כספים על חשבון מחיר הדירה, בשיעורים העולים על השיעורים שקבע השר בתקנות, אלא אם כן כספים אלה הובטחו כאמור בסעיף 2(1) או (2).
