3ה. חובת דיווח של מוכר לממונה
תיקון: תשס״ח, תשע״ז
(א)מוכר ימסור לממונה את הפרטים האלה לגבי מכירה של כל דירה בפרויקט בנייה שלו: שם קונה הדירה, שם המוכר, פרטי המקרקעין, נותן הבטוחה וסוג הבטוחה שניתנה לטובת הקונה בהתאם להוראות סעיף 2.
(ב)השר יקבע בתקנות את המועד למסירת הפרטים כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), ורשאי הוא בתקנות כאמור לקבוע פרטים נוספים שעל המוכר למסור לממונה.
