3ו. סמכויות פיקוח
תיקון: תשס״ח
לצורך מילוי תפקידיו, רשאי הממונה –
(1)לדרוש מכל אדם או גוף הנוגע בדבר למסור לו ידיעות ומסמכים המתייחסים למכירה של דירות על פי חוק זה;
(2)להיכנס למקום המשמש מוכר ולבצע ביקורת על קיום הוראות לפי חוק זה, ובלבד שלא ייכנס למקום המשמש למגורים בלבד אלא על פי צו של בית משפט.
