21. תקנות רישום
סדרי הרישום, כללי האחריות לביצועו, הכללים שלפיהם ייקבע מוסד החינוך הקרוב למקום מגוריו של תלמיד והתנאים בהם מותר יהיה לרשום תלמיד שלא בהתאם לאמור בסעיף 20 – ייקבעו בתקנות.
