22. דין וחשבון על הרישום
כל מוסד חינוך שבו נרשמו תלמידים לפי חוק זה ולפי חוק לימוד חובה, חייב למסור, על פי כללים שנקבעו בתקנות, דין וחשבון על כך לרשות החינוך המקומית שבתחום שיפוטה נמצא המוסד.
