23. רישום ברשות חינוך שאין בה מוסד חינוך רשמי
בשעת רישום ברשות חינוך מקומית לפי פסקה (2) לסעיף 20 יודיע ההורה הרושם על בחירתו בין מוסד חינוך ממלכתי ובין מוסד חינוך ממלכתי דתי. סדרי ההודעה ייקבעו בתקנות.
