10. אי רישום בית ספר או מורה
בעל בית ספר או מנהלו, שלא רשם את בית הספר לפי פקודה זו, או מרשה ביודעין לאדם שלא נרשם כמורה, או שהממונה דרש פיטוריו לפי סעיף 8, להקנות חינוך בבית הספר, דינו – קנס 750 לירות.
