13. ועדי חינוך
רשות חינוך מקומית תקים ועד או ועדים לעניני חינוך בתחומה; חברי ועד כאמור יהיו –
(1)חברים של הרשות שהקימה אותו;
(2)עובדי המדינה, מנהלי בתי ספר ואנשים אחרים, הכל כפי שנקבע;
(3)אנשים אחרים שהרשות, באישור הממונה על המחוז, מצאה אותם ראויים.
