13. הזמנת עדים
(א)לבורר נתונה בבוררות אותה סמכות להזמין עדים למתן עדות או להמצאת מסמכים כפי שהיא נתונה לבית המשפט בתובענה שהוגשה לפניו, והוא רשאי לפסוק להם שכר והוצאות.
(ב)עד המעיד בבוררות, חובותיו וחסיונותיו יהיו כשל עד המעיד בבית המשפט.
(ג)עד שהוזמן על ידי בורר, רשאי בית המשפט, על פי בקשת העד, לבטל את ההזמנה, אם ראה שהיא באה תוך שימוש לרעה בהליכי הבוררות.
