14. דרכי גביית עדות
עדותו של עד, לרבות עדותו של בעל־דין, תיגבה בשבועה או בהן צדק, אם לא הסכימו הבורר ובעלי־הדין לגבות את העדות בלי שבועה ובלי הן צדק, ובלבד שלא יחוייב עד להעיד בשבועה מקום שבית המשפט לא היה מחייבו לעשות כן.
