12. זכות תביעה
תיקון: תשנ״ה־2
תובענות בשל הפרת הוראות חוק זה יכול שיוגשו בידי –
(1)העובד;
(2)ארגון העובדים היציג באותו מקום עבודה, ובאין ארגון עובדים כאמור – ארגון העובדים שהעובד חבר בו;
(3)ארגון העוסק בזכויותיו של מי שאסור להפלותו לפי הוראות סעיף 2, ובלבד שהעובד הסכים לכך.
