2. מינוי סניגור לנאשם מחוסר אמצעים
(א)נאשם המבקש למנות לו סניגור מפני שהוא מחוסר אמצעים, יפרט בבקשתו פרטים לפי טופס 1 שבתוספת.
(ב)בית־המשפט יעביר את בקשתו ללשכת הסעד של הרשות המקומית שבתחומה מקום מגוריו של הנאשם לחוות דעתה ולהערותיה, ויחליט בה לאחר קבלתן.
