7. צירוף מסמכים
(א)לכל עותק של כתב הערר יצורף העתק צילומי של ההחלטה נושא הערר ושל כל מסמך אחר שהעורר מסתמך עליו, ושמצוי ברשותו.
(ב)לא צורף מסמך כאמור לכתב הערר, אף שהוא מצוי ברשות העורר, לא יסתמך עליו בעל דין בדיון בערר אלא ברשות בית הדין ומטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
