13. ריבוי ערבים
שנים או יותר שערבו חיוב אחד, אם במאוחד ואם בנפרד, יהיו אחראים יחד ולחוד; ואם היה היקף הערבויות שונה, יהיו אחראים כאמור בתחום הערבות המשותפת; והכל כשאין כוונה אחרת משתמעת מן הערבויות.
