14. ערב בעד ערב
נתן אדם לנושה התחייבות למילוי ערבותו של ערב, יהא דין ערבותו של הערב כלפי הנושה כדין חיוב נערב הן לענין היחסים בין אותו אדם לבין הנושה והן לענין היחסים בינו לבין הערב.
