14ד. הסדרת השימוש במקווה טהרה
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)בסעיף זה, ”מקווה טהרה“ – מקום מקורה בהחזקת מועצה דתית שמיועד לטבילה לצורכי טהרה או גיור.
(ב)מועצה דתית רשאית שלא להתקשר בהסכם לשם שימוש במקווה טהרה, אף אם התקשרה בהסכם כאמור עם המדינה או רשות מרשויותיה.
