7א. בזיון בית הדין
תיקון: תשמ״א
(א)לבית דין, כשהוא דן בענין שבשיפוטו, יהיו כל הסמכויות על פי סעיפים 6 ו־7 לפקודת בזיון בית המשפט, בשינויים המחוייבים.
(ב)הודעה בכתב על קנס או מאסר שהוטלו מכוח סעיף קטן (א) תינתן מיד לנשיא בית המשפט העליון; הנשיא, או שופט אחר של בית המשפט העליון שהנשיא קבע לכך, רשאי, לאחר שזימן את הנידון אם ביקש זאת, לבטל את הקנס או המאסר או לשנותם לקולה.
