לא ציית בעל דין לדרישה שנמסרה לו לפי תקנה 114, רשאי בית המשפט או הרשם, לבקשת בעל הדין שמסר את הדרישה, ליתן צו לעיון במסמכים ולהעתקתם במקום ובדרך שייראו לו.
