117. בקשה לעיון במסמכים שלא נזכרו

בעל דין רשאי לבקש מבית המשפט או מהרשם צו לעיון במסמכים של בעל דין שלא נזכרו בכתבי טענותיו או בתצהיריו, ולהעתקתם; הבקשה תהא מבוססת על תצהיר המציין מה הם המסמכים שהעיון בהם מבוקש, וכי המבקש זכאי לעיין בהם ולהעתיקם והם מצויים ברשותו או בשליטתו של בעל דינו.
