תיקון: תשס״ב
חוות דעת של מומחה מטעם בעל דין או שמינה בית המשפט תוגש בצירוף רשימת האסמכתאות אשר המומחה הסתמך עליהן בחוות דעתו; אסמכתאות אשר לא ניתן לאתרן בנקיטת אמצעים סבירים, יצורפו לחוות הדעת.
