147. התייצבות
[147]
(א)שופט בקדם־משפט רשאי להורות שבעל דין פלוני יתייצב בעצמו, ואם היה תאגיד – מנהלו, מנהל עסקיו או אדם אחר הממלא בו תפקיד, הכל לפי ראות עיני השופט; כן רשאי הוא להורות שבעל דין פלוני שנוכחותו אינה דרושה לבירור, יהא פטור מהתייצב.
(ב)דין אי־התייצבות לקדם־משפט כדין אי־התייצבות למשפט.
