258יח. צו עיכוב יציאה מהארץ
תיקון: תשנ״ה־5
(א)עם מתן החלטה על צו עיכוב יציאה מן הארץ יקבע בית המשפט, בצו, את תאריך פקיעתו.
(ב)ניתן צו עיכוב יציאה מן הארץ נגד קטין, יעמוד הצו בתוקפו עד מלאת לקטין שמונה עשרה שנים, זולת אם הורה בית המשפט אחרת.
