258יט. הפניה ליחידת סיוע
תיקון: תשנ״ו־3, תשס״א־2, תשע״ו־5
(א)בית המשפט רשאי להפנות את בעלי הדין ליחידת הסיוע, כדי שתתן להם, בעצמה או באמצעות אחרים, שירותי אבחון, ייעוץ או טיפול בעניני משפחה (להלן – ייעוץ).
(ב)(נמחקה).
(ג)הפנה בית המשפט את בעלי הדין ליחידת הסיוע, יעכב את ההליכים לתקופה של שלושים ימים.
