26. הנוהל בשינוי בעל דין
תיקון: תשנ״ח־2 [26]
(א)הוסף או הוחלף בעל דין, יתוקן כתב התביעה לפי הצורך, אם לא הורה בית המשפט או הרשם הוראה אחרת; העתק כתב התביעה המתוקן יומצא לכל בעלי הדין.
(ב)הוסף או הוחלף בעל דין, רואים, לענין התיישנות, את ההליכים לגבי בעל הדין החדש כאילו התחילו עם כתב התביעה המתוקן.
