282. בקשה לאישור פעולה דחופה

(א)בקשה למתן צו המאשר פעולת פקיד סעד לפי סעיף 12(ג) לחוק האימוץ יכול שתוגש בידי היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או נציגו או בידי פקיד סעד.
(ב)בבקשה יפורשו שמו של הילד ופרטי הנסיבות שחייבו את הפעולה, ויצורף לה תצהיר מאת פקיד סעד לאימות העובדות המשמשות יסוד לבקשה.
