תיקון: תשנ״ח־2 [361]
חזר בו המאמץ מבקשתו או נדחתה הבקשה או בוטל צו האימוץ, צו המסירה או צו הביניים, יורה בית המשפט שהמבקש ימסור את המאומץ למשמורתם של רשות, מוסד או אדם הנקובים בהחלטתו.
