294ז. מסירת העתק תסקיר וחוות דעת
תיקון: תשנ״ח־2
(א)העתק תסקיר לפי תקנה 294ה(ב) ולפי תקנה 294ו והעתקים של חוות הדעת לפי תקנה 294ה(א) יימסרו ליועץ המשפטי לממשלה או לבא־כוחו.
(ב)העתק תסקיר לפי תקנה 294ה(ב) ולפי תקנה 294ו יימסר לפקיד סעד ראשי.
