תיקון: תשנ״ח־2
לא יתן בית המשפט צו אימוץ אלא לאחר שראה כי הילד סמוך על שולחן המאמץ שישה חודשים לפחות לפני מתן הצו; מנין תקופה זו יחל ביום שהמאמץ קיבל את הילד לביתו.
