444. הסתמכות על מוצגים
תיקון: תשנ״ז־3 [393ח]
בשעת הדיון בערעור לא יהיה בעל דין רשאי להסתמך על מוצג שלא נכלל בתיק המוצגים של בעל דין, אלא ברשות בית המשפט שתינתן מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
