הכרעה סופית של הוועדה ליישוב סכסוכים ניתנת לערעור בשאלה משפטית בלבד לפני בית המשפט לעניינים מינהליים, אם ניתנה רשות לכך מאת שופט בית המשפט לעניינים מינהליים; בקשת רשות ערעור לפי סעיף זה תוגש בתוך שלושים ימים ממועד המצאת הכרעת הוועדה; ניתנה רשות ערעור יראו את כתב הבקשה ככתב ערעור.
