שר האוצר, לאחר התייעצות עם השר האחראי על ענייניה של חברה ממשלתית או חברת בת ממשלתית, רשאי, בצו, להוסיף חברה כאמור לרשימת החברות שבתוספת הראשונה, או למחוק אותה ממנה.
