61. תחולה על גופים מסויימים
(א)לענין חוק זה יראו כחברה ממשלתית גם –
(1)רשות המים הארצית כמשמעותה בסעיף 46 לחוק המים, תשי״ט–1959;
(2)חברה שמחצית מכוח ההצבעה באספותיה הכלליות או הזכות למנות מחצית ממספר הדירקטורים שלה הם בידי המדינה, ורבע לפחות מכוח ההצבעה או הזכות למנות רבע לפחות ממספר הדירקטורים הם בידי רשות מקומית או בידי חברה שבשליטתה.
(ב)לענין הקמתה של חברה מן האמורות בסעיף קטן (א)(2) תוגש ההצעה האמורה בסעיף 5(א) לאחר התייעצות עם שר הפנים.
