18. פגיעה בסם במעבר
סם מסוכן שבמעבר, לא יתננו אדם לתהליך העשוי לשנותו שינוי מהותי ולא יפתח ולא ישבור, במזיד, אריזה המכילה אותו, אלא לפי הוראות המנהל ובדרך שהורה.
