19. סייג
הוראות סעיפים 15 עד 18 לא יחולו על –
(1)סם מסוכן במעבר בדואר;
(2)סם מסוכן במעבר בכלי טיס העובר בשמי ישראל ואינו נוחת בה;
(3)כמות של סם מסוכן היכולה להיות, בתום לב ובסבירות, חלק מן המלאי הרפואי של כלי שיט או כלי טיס.
