20. בקורת סמים מסוכנים במעבר
בכפוף לסייג כאמור בסעיף 19, רשאי מנהל אגף המכס והבלו, או פקיד שהוא הסמיך, לדרוש שיוצג היתר היצוא או היתר ההטיה הנוגע למשגור של סם מסוכן המובל במעבר בישראל, ורשאי הוא לנקוט פעולה נוספת לגבי המשגור כפי שנקבע בתקנות.
