תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשל״ז
הרואה עצמו נפגע על ידי פעולת לשכת שירות התעסוקה בקשר לשליחה לעבודה, לרבות פגיעה על ידי אי־קיום הוראות סעיף 42, רשאי לערור לפני ועדת ערר שנתמנתה על ידי מועצת לשכת שירות התעסוקה ועל החלטת ועדת ערר ניתן לערור לפני בית דין אזורי, הכל במועדים שייקבעו בתקנות; דרכי הערר בפני ועדת הערר ייקבעו בתקנות.
